Our Trainer Team
Our trainer team consists of internationally recognized experts in future-oriented strategy work, resilience, and sustainability, pioneers in the field of strategy implementation and performance management, as well as experienced strategists. Process and Format
The Strategy Bootcamp is a one- to two-day in-house seminar structured through a combination of impulse lectures and interactive workshops. The format includes an iterative working method to ensure the direct transfer of what has been learned to the specific needs of the participants. This provides them with the opportunity to present their work, receive feedback from experts and colleagues, and refine their approaches accordingly. This not only promotes the learning process but also collaboration and the exchange of best practices within the team.
