Dr. Klaus Stemmermann is professor of management and managerial control at the Nuremberg Institute of Technology. For many years, he has held leading positions in technology companies. He is subject matter expert on company transformation, technology assessment, innovation and investment control, performance management and M&A in transformation processes.
Dr. Bettina Maisch is professor of entrepreneurship at the Munich University of Applied Sciences and Head of Education and Qualification at the Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship (SCE). She is subject matter expert on earth-centered innovation, impact entre-/intrapreneurship and design thinking.
Dr. Andreas Weigand is professor of management, in particular management science at the Wismar University of Applied Sciences, Technology, Business and Design. Dr. Will Ritzrau is professor of digital business management and sustainability at the Fresenius University in Heidelberg, where he passes on his 21 years of experience in sales and sustainability management from SAP. Dr. Krzysztof Dembek is a lecturer and researcher at the Centre for Social Impact der Swinburne University in Melbourne. He is subject matter expert on how to analyze and overcome complex social problems in international value chains and networks (social impact evaluation and management) with a special emphasis on poverty alleviation.
John Bernardo is adjunct professor of CSR at Boise State University in the USA, where he passes on his 25 years of experience in in the U.S. energy and utilities industry and from his own venture as sustainable entrepreneur. He is subject matter expert on integrating ESG into operational processes, materiality assessments, ESG reporting, reduction of waste generation and energy usage as well as sustainable packaging.

Dr. Astrid Fontaine serves as a Member of the Board of Management People and Transformation at Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles. She is one of the internationally leading female top managers in the automotive industry and has profound experiences in the areas of digital transformation, New Work, purpose-driven leadership & people development, sustainability, and diversity. One of Dr. Fontaine’s passions is to lead towards a better gender balance and inclusive culture in the automotive industry. After completing dual Master Degrees in Mechanical Engineering and International Management she started her career with Mercedes-Benz where she held multiple senior management positions and became the Chief Information Officer (CIO) in charge of Digitalization and IT for Mercedes-Benz USA in 2002. In 2013, Dr. Fontaine joined Porsche North America as Senior Vice President HR, Culture and Innovation. In January 2018, she joined Benley Motors Ltd. as Member of the Board of Management People, Digitalization & IT. Dr. Fontaine completed her Ph.D. at the Goizueta Business School, Emory University, USA in Information Systems and Mergers & Acquisitions. She published on technology acquisitions, knowledge management and organizational learning and served as a Professor of Post-Merger Integration at the China European Business School in Shanghai, China as well as Professor of Digital Enterprise at the Goizueta Business School, Emory University, USA.
